OPPORTUNITIES IN THE US AND EUROPE (LEGAL & TAX FRAMEWORK)

In association with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) S&Co organised a Seminar on Thursday, 29th April 2010. This aim of this Seminar was to provide information on Business and Investment opportunities in the US and Europe and related Legal and Tax issues.
The participants were addressed by two expert lawyers, Mr. David Laverty from USA and Mr. Jan Kooi from Europe. The experts made presentation and thereafter there was an inter active session regarding the issues Indian companies should consider while investing in US and Europe. The subject of selling products in these markets through agents / distributors as well as establishment of offices in both regions was also covered.
