Omair has extensive experience working with domestic and international clients at some of India’s premier legal firms. He has assisted clients in Mumbai and beyond on matters ranging from Labour Law to Competition Law, Private Finance and Maritime Law. He has worked on complex legal opinions and drafted documents such as Debt to Equity Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements and Employment Contracts. He also contributes to knowledge management of the firm and has written several articles on Maritime and Aviation Law, which have been published in reputed journals.

 

Omair Khan is also the Deputy Director of The Rising World Foundation (RWF), a not-for-profit charitable organisation dedicated to helping Indians living in poverty. He has overseen the planning, strategy and implementation of dozens of drives that centre on everything from breast cancer, to agriculture, to COVID relief. During Omair’s tenure, the RWF has helped tens of thousands of vulnerable citizens across India secure access to bare necessities. 

 

Omair hopes his legal career will help vulnerable communities. His goal is to give a voice to the marginalized sections of society. He is also an avid reader and you can find him pouring over the latest non-fiction bestseller or legal biography when he is not working late nights.
