In 1992, Mr. Krrishan Singhania established the Firm, under the guidance and mentorship of his father, Mr. D. C. Singhania. Mr. D. C. Singhania was a legal pioneer and one of the firsts to have established an international Indian law firm in the year 1969. It was Mr. Krrishan Singhania’s deep desire to pass on his training to young lawyers who could further contribute to the legal world. Today, the Firm’s unprecedented strength lies in its highly skilled lawyers. Our logo

Our logo is not merely a symbol of law but an amalgamation of different elements that resonates with the Law firm’s vision. The thought and intricacy behind the logo symbolises the thought and detail we handle each case. The colours indigo and orange highlights our founder Mr. KrrishanSinghania’s vision for the firm. He uses this phrase, “From Indigo to a deeper Blue”, which means that if the mentor is likened to the indigo plant, by absorbing the mentor’s teachings, the disciple can achieve an even more splendid “blue.” This illustrates that the ultimate goal of the Firm is to enable the younger lawyers to surpass the mentor and contribute to the legacy of the legal world. The colour orange stands for the youth, creativity, happiness and success. The ‘scales of justice’ symbolizes the Firm standing by the basic tenets of legal profession – furtherance of justice, sophisticated legal expertise and meritocracy. Further, while the inner orange circle symbolizes the youthful network of lawyers, the outer orange circle represents the equally valuable staff members, who are the ‘uncrowned heroes’ supporting the lawyers through thick and thin.
