Krrishan Singhania Empaneled as an Arbitrator with Bombay High Court

We would like to congratulate 🎊 our Managing Partner Mr. K. Singhania 👔 on his remarkable achievement of being empanelled as an arbitrator by the prestigious Bombay High Court. His dedication and expertise in the field of arbitration law has earned him this well-deserved recognition. 🏵️

In Mr. Krrishan Singhania’s words:

“As far back as I can remember Arbitration law ⚖️ has been a subject of great interest and a passion for me.  The concept of resolving disputes outside of the courtroom 🏛️ using neutral third-party arbitrators is not only efficient but also fair and just. It’s a system that puts the power back in the hands of the people involved and encourages collaboration 🤝 over confrontation.

My passion for this specialised legal field grew when I assisted ✍️ my farther Mr. D. C. Singhania, in drafting the Arbitration Act in 1996.📒

Since then, the complexity and nuance 🧠 of this specialized legal field has continually challenged and inspired me, and I have found immense satisfaction ✨ in helping parties to navigate the intricacies of the arbitration process in pursuit of a fair and just resolution.👨‍⚖️

I am honoured to be appointed as an arbitrator by the Bombay High Court 🧑‍⚖️. I hope I can contribute as much as I can to this field through this opportunity.”
