Mr. Aayush Shah is a legal professional with a specialization in International commercial disputes and corporate laws, having obtained his expertise from Durham University, United Kingdom in the year 2023. His areas of focus and proficiency encompass Domestic and International Dispute Resolution, as well as Corporate and Commercial Laws. A dedicated individual, he remains consistently updated on both domestic and international legal affairs.

Driven by a passion for Arbitration and Commercial disputes, Mr. Shah has authored numerous articles published in prestigious journals, contributing significantly to the academic field. His writing often delves into the development of International law and its integration into the Indian Legislative Framework.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shah independently litigated various criminal matters, demonstrating success in defending and providing additional relief to his clients. Additionally, he has drafted various agreements for Real-Estate Developers and vetting contracts for individuals in the social media industry. His advisory services extended to matters concerning Employment agreements and the disputes arising from them.

In his current capacity within the firm, Mr. Shah is actively involved in domestic and Cross-Border Commercial Dispute Resolution, showcasing his comprehensive skill set in the legal domain.

Beyond his role as a lawyer, Mr. Shah is also the Co-founder of LawCuarie, a pro-bono organization committed to advancing quality legal education for all. Through this initiative, he works towards the enhancement of legal education across the country.
