She regularly represents clients before various Courts and Tribunals including the City Civil Court, Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal etc. She has successfully represented clients in various complex Litigations and Arbitrations including in the areas of Property Disputes, Real Estate, Commercial Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Testamentary Disputes, Family matters amongst various others. She has successfully represented several renowned companies and business houses in various litigations and domestic and international arbitrations. Her field of practice also includes advising clients on drafting of Wills and Succession Planning.

Archana provides practical and strategic legal advises and is skilled in devising pre-litigation and litigation strategies for efficaciously protecting the interests of the client. Her in-depth knowledge of law in her field of practice, result oriented practical approach and problem-solving skills have proved to be a great asset in protecting the interests of the client and getting desired results expeditiously.

Archana has also successfully mediated and negotiated several settlements for individual clients as well as corporate clients. In the past, she has also served as a panel member in many Lok Adalats for settlement of cases.
