Highlights of Professional Journey

Ms. Nidhi Singhania is the head of Operations and Human Resources at the Firm. She is in charge of the marketing strategy and managing and building a pool of exceptional talent. Nidhi oversees the hiring, training and professional development at the Firm which drives growth and improves the bottom line. Nidhi has also been responsible for shaping much of the organizational culture at the Firm and these enduring values are reinforced through her team-building exercises and initiatives.

Nidhi is a solutions-oriented leader and is passionate about building the work culture of our people and aligning it with the long-term vision of K Singhania and Co. She also fosters innovation and growth at the Firm to build high value business relationships. Her commercial mindset helps her identify the relevant market sectors and the businesses needs of our clients. By brainstorming with the team, she tries to bridge the gap between the lawyers and the businesses by adopting the right marketing strategies.

Before joining K Singhania & Co (formerly Singhania & Co), Nidhi was working at Raymonds and has extensive experience in retail business. She is deeply committed to understanding the ever evolving relationship between consumer & brands. Her invaluable contribution has been the cornerstone of our success. Throughout 30 years of her career, she has worked closely with senior leaders by setting overall strategy, driving execution and overseeing operations, marketing and Human Resources, and achieving the business goals.

In her spare time she enjoys reading on life philosohy and financial markets; and painting. She is also an active member of the Bharat Soka, an organisation engaged in peace, culture and education activities based on the humanistic philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism. Her initiatives at the Firm are driven by this philosophy of creating a happy work place, where all the team members are cherished and are able to tap into their highest potential.
