“As far back as I can remember Arbitration law ⚖️ has been a subject of great interest and a passion for me. The concept of resolving disputes outside of the courtroom 🏛️ using neutral third-party arbitrators is not only efficient but also fair and just. My passion for this specialised legal field grew when I assisted ✍️ my farther Mr. D. C. Singhania, in drafting the Arbitration Act in 1996.📒

The opposite party initiated proceedings under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Bombay High Court to quash our criminal proceedings.
