Srishti K Singhania is a Principal Associate at K Singhania & Co. Her practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, commercial litigation, intellectual property, corporate and commercial law, and estate planning.
She advises Indian and international businesses on commercial disputes, cross-border contracts, intellectual property protection and legal issues arising from their operations in India. She represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations and commercial proceedings before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court and National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
Srishti has advised clients in disputes arising from construction, consultancy, shipping and commercial contracts. Her work includes developing dispute-resolution strategies, reviewing pleadings and legal opinions, coordinating with foreign counsel and guiding clients through complex commercial proceedings. As a trained mediator, she also helps clients explore negotiated solutions where settlement can protect their commercial interests.
Her intellectual property practice covers trademarks, copyright and industrial designs. She advises businesses from brand selection and registration through to oppositions, enforcement actions and cease-and-desist strategy. She has also moderated professional discussions on intellectual property valuation and cross-border technology transfer.
Srishti regularly advises foreign companies establishing and operating businesses in India. Her corporate and commercial work includes reviewing commercial contracts, employment agreements and property documents, and advising on arrangements with Indian counterparties. She focuses on identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical solutions that clients can implement.
She is the Assistant Editor of the Handbook on Construction Law & Arbitration, which was formally released in April 2026. She has also delivered knowledge sessions on construction contracts, arbitration, succession planning, intellectual property and cybersecurity.
Asialaw recognised Srishti as a Notable Practitioner in Dispute Resolution in its 2025 rankings. She was also named among BW Legal World’s Top 30 Under 30 lawyers in 2023.
Srishti began her legal career at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she worked for nearly two years before joining K Singhania & Co.
She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University Delhi and completed her LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London in 2022. She has also completed professional training in commercial mediation and negotiation from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and Harvard Law School’s CopyrightX programme.
Apart from being a lawyer, she also assists the Firm in mentoring and training the legal interns. She also contributes to the business development, and learning and development initiatives at the Firm. She is appreciated for her sincerity and commitment to perfection. On the personal front, she is an active member of Bharat Soka Gakkai, an organisation engaged in peace, culture and education activities based on the humanistic philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism, and committed to contibuting to world peace.
